Charles Zang serves as the Human Resources Manager at Atelier Ten since September 2019, overseeing HR functions across three U.S. locations and advising senior leaders on business challenges and success. Previously, Charles held the HR Manager role at United Legwear & Apparel Co. from June 2012 to September 2019, managing day-to-day operations across four locations and supporting senior management with HR challenges. Charles began the career at Valley National Bank, progressing from Training Assistant to Human Resources Supervisor and Generalist from June 2010 to June 2012, where compliance with banking regulations was a key focus. Earlier experience includes an internship at Valley Bank in training and development along with compensation. Charles Zang earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an HR concentration from Rutgers Business School.
