Snehal Chauhan is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in service delivery and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of India Operations at Atech Cloud, a position held since January 2021, Snehal previously worked as the Information Technology Service Delivery Head at Analytix Business Solutions from May 2016 to December 2020, where expertise in developing managed services and ensuring operational efficiency was demonstrated. Prior to that, Snehal held the position of Head of NOC Service Delivery at MSP1 Managed IT Service Pvt Ltd., managing a global team and ITIL-standard processes. Additional roles include pre-sales and technology consulting positions at Team Computers, technology support management at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., and early IT roles at Adventure Sports Ltd. and D2v Isp Pvt Ltd. Snehal holds an MBA in Global Information Technology from U21Global and a 12th Science degree from Kameshwar Vidhyalay.
