Wilm Rompf is an experienced professional in product development and service improvement, currently serving as the Lead Product Development Engineer at ATEC since November 2021. Prior to this role, Wilm held positions at Yarra City Council, including Service Improvement Coordinator and Business Improvement Analyst, where responsibilities included leading teams of data scientists, managing smart city developments, and conducting Lean Six Sigma projects. Previous experience also includes roles at KME as Head of Quality and Operational Excellence Manager, where significant focus was placed on process improvement and quality assurance.
