Mary-Kate Hansford currently serves as Operations Manager at Alphatec Spine since August 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Retirement Unlimited Inc., where Mary-Kate held the positions of Vice President of Engagement and Academic Administrator from March 2019 to August 2024. At the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Mary-Kate was a Graduate Assistant for the Center for Health Education and Wellness from July 2017 to May 2019. Mary-Kate's earlier experience at Christopher Newport University included University Fellow for the President's Leadership Program, Training Manager for Student Ambassadors, and various leadership roles within student outreach initiatives. Mary-Kate holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Christopher Newport University.
