Jonathan Costabile has a strong background in technology advancement and project engineering. Jonathan started their career in 2005 as a Design Engineer at Cytori Therapeutics. In 2009, they joined Alphatec Spine as a Senior Project Engineer. Later, they were promoted to Director of the Technology Advancement Group in October 2015.

Jonathan Costabile obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego between the years 2000 and 2005.
