Anders Olson has a diverse work experience in engineering and sales. Anders is currently working at Alphatec Spine as a Design Engineer, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Lab Manager at the University of St. Thomas from September 2020 to July 2022. Andersen also gained experience as an Engineering Intern at Speed Gems Transmission Adapters from June 2021 to August 2021. Anders owned and operated their own business, Greenspace Mowing, from February 2016 to June 2021. Additionally, they were involved in new product development at Brickstuff from July 2019 to January 2020. Andersen's earlier work experience includes working as a Sales Associate at Frattallones Ace Hardware from June 2017 to January 2019.

Anders Olson completed their high school education from Southwest Christian High School from 2014 to 2018, earning their high school diploma. Anders then pursued their higher education at the University of St. Thomas from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
