Yasser Oshba has extensive experience in customer service and accounts management, currently serving in a customer service role at Hapag-Lloyd AG since April 2013, while also holding the position of Head of Accounts Receivable at ATEB since May 2008. Yasser’s prior roles include Coordinator at Hapag-Lloyd Egypt for a brief period in April 2013 and Accounts Receivable Manager at ATEB Group from May 2008 to March 2013. Key responsibilities include managing customer accounts, overseeing credit and collections contracts, recording payments in QuickBooks, analyzing customer balances, leading the receivable team, resolving customer issues, reviewing invoices, and preparing financial reports including balance sheets. Yasser also has experience as a sales team leader at SHOA'A from April 2007 to March 2008.
