Kevin Hartwyk serves as the Head Coach of the U15 and U16 MLSNEXT teams at Real Jersey Football Club since June 2022. Concurrently, Kevin holds the position of Project Manager at ATC Tech Solutions, LLC, starting in June 2021, and has been part of AKKA Soccer since August 2017. Previously, Kevin was the Head Soccer Coach at Players Development Academy from April 2016 to June 2022, focusing on skill development and sportsmanship across various age groups. Additionally, Kevin contributed to Washington Township High School's Athletic Department as an Assistant Coach from August 2008 to December 2020, leading the team to two consecutive state final championships. Early career roles included Construction Superintendent/APM at L&K Partners Inc., Patrolman at Washington Township Police Department, Private Investigator at McNelis Investigative Services, and Sales Representative at Verizon Wireless. Kevin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Monmouth University, where attendance spanned from 2001 to 2006.
