Stephanie Toms has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1999 as an Account Executive at Southwest Mortgage. Stephanie then moved to Kramer Mortgage Company/Iowa Closing & Escrow, where they served as Production and Compliance Manager from 1999 to 2010. From 2010 to 2017, they worked as an Account Executive at ECFIRST. Later, from 2017 to 2019, they were an Account Relationship Manager at Fastline Media Group. In 2020, they became Managing Partner at simpletoconnect.com, and in 2021 they took on the role of Sales, Marketing, and Staffing Manager at Becoming Unboxed, LLC.

Stephanie Toms attended Des Moines Area Community College from 1991 to 1992.
