As the Founder of THE AMACADEMY, Ayobami hosts the "Mindset Podcast," aimed at instilling high-achieving habits in listeners. Previous experience includes roles such as Head of Growth at Paycrest and Senior Associate for Growth and Marketing at Paxful, where team management and customer engagement were prioritized. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Cyprus International University and ongoing education at Y Combinator's Startup School.
