Sergio Arce, M.D., Ph.D. is an experienced medical professional specializing in clinical development and education within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Medical Director of Clinical Sciences at Atara Biotherapeutics, Sergio previously held the position of Medical Director for Global Clinical Development at RemeGen Biosciences, focusing on autoimmune diseases. Prior roles include Associate Medical Director in the GI Therapeutic Area Unit at Takeda and Clinical Associate Professor at the University of South Carolina and Greenville Memorial Hospital, where contributions were made to the Department of Biomedical Sciences and Prisma Health Cancer Institute.
