Amanda Lee, PhD, RAC has extensive experience in regulatory affairs, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Atara Biotherapeutics since December 2020. Prior to this role, Amanda was a Regulatory Affairs Manager at HBT LABS INC, where responsibilities included managing drug product marketing applications and authoring regulatory submissions in eCTD format. Amanda's experience also includes serving as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at City of Hope, focusing on IND development for early phase clinical trials, along with significant contributions in authoring various regulatory documents. Earlier roles included a postdoctoral research fellowship at City of Hope, where structural and biochemical characterization of DNA enzymes was conducted, and work as a Quality Services Chemist at Schering-Plough, addressing quality issues and performing method validations. Amanda holds a PhD in Chemistry from Purdue University and a BS in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore, complemented by a Regulatory Affairs Certificate from the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society.
