Yu-Hsi Hou is a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Analyst at Atalanta Corporation since June 2022, focusing on supplier risk analysis and FDA compliance. Prior to this role, Yu-Hsi served as a Resident Assistant at Penn State University, where responsibilities included community building and advising first-year students. As a Research Assistant at Penn State, Yu-Hsi contributed to studies on flavor encapsulation systems and was also involved in trial setup and data analysis at The Wenger Group. An earlier internship at Taiwan Sweet Farm included product information translation and research presentation, while a role as a Sensory Laboratory Technician involved managing food preparation for taste tests. Yu-Hsi holds an undergraduate degree in Food Science from Penn State University and a high school diploma from Ivy Collegiate Academy.
