TJ Ho has worked for several companies in the medical device industry. In 2022, they began working as a Quality Engineer for AtaCor Medical, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer for ZOLL Medical Corporation from 2019 to 2021. From 2017 to 2019, they were a member of Zimmer Biomet's Quality Development Program, where they served as a CAPA Process Engineer, Complaint Investigations Engineer, and In-Process Quality Engineer. Prior to that, they held Co-Op roles at Zimmer Biomet as a Sports Medicine Product Development Co-Op, Postmarket Surveillance Co-Op, and Continuous Improvement Co-Op. In 2014, they also worked as a Quality Operations Co-Op for AtriCure, Inc.

TJ Ho attended the University of Cincinnati - College of Engineering and Applied Science from 2012 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering.
