Bryon Li has a diverse work experience, starting in 1998 as an Engineering Analyst at Wilbur Smith Associates. In 2000, they worked as a Consultant at MicroStrategy and as a Business Consultant at Personify. Bryon then joined ATAC in 2002, where they held various roles including Senior Aviation Analyst, Director, and ultimately Vice President. Bryon'smost recent position at ATAC is ongoing.

Bryon Li's education history begins in 1994 when they enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley. From 1994 to 1998, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, majoring in Civil Engineering. During the same period, they also obtained a second Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Urban and Regional Planning, both from the University of California, Berkeley. Continuing their educational journey, Bryon Li then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Transportation Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, which they completed in 2000.
