Murat Salman has extensive work experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Murat started their career in 2010 at Lojistik ve Tedarik Zinciri, where they worked as an Operations Specialist for five years. In 2015, they joined ATA Freight as an Operations Specialist and later progressed to the role of Global Projects Operation Supervisor in 2019. Currently, Murat holds the position of Operations Manager at ATA Freight, a position they have been in since January 2022.

Murat Salman completed their bachelor's degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Sakarya University in the years 2004 to 2009. Murat later pursued a master's degree in Global Marketing from Marmara University, which they completed between 2022 and 2023.
