Chris Dilley has a diverse work experience. Chris started their career at IG Group in 2007 as a Risk Supervisor, where they worked until June 2011. Chris then joined At The Races in July 2011 as an Affiliate Manager, and later served as a Business Manager from March 2015 to March 2018. From April 2018 to April 2022, they held the position of Head of Commercial Operations. Currently, they are working as a Sales Director at At The Races, starting in April 2022.

From 2002 to 2005, Chris Dilley attended the University of Hertfordshire, where they obtained a BSC degree in Sport Science.
