Bh Phang is a seasoned professional in product development and engineering with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a New Product Introduction Specialist at AT&S since May 2022, Bh Phang specializes in coordinating new product planning and improving product capability and yield. Prior roles include Senior Product Development Engineer at TF-AMD Penang, where responsibilities involved managing product engineers and collaborating with global teams for successful product launches. Additional experience includes leadership in new product development activities at Ibiden Malaysia and roles in process engineering at Fuji Electric Semiconductor (Malaysia) and Central Industrial Corp BHD.
