Don Gonzales has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Don is currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at At Home Quality Care since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at MedCare HMC for 14 years, where they held the positions of President/Administrator and Director of Operations/HR Director. During this time, they were responsible for managing daily functions, developing strategic plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining liaison between different stakeholders. Before joining MedCare HMC, they served as a Unit Manager at The LaSalle Network and as a Territory Manager at Staffmark. Their earliest role was as an On-Site Manager/District Manager at Spherion Staffing.

Don Gonzales attended DePaul University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In addition, they also pursued a Minor in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
