With a robust background at JCPenney from October 2005 to September 2018, Ragan held various titles including Sourcing Senior Manager for Home, Sourcing Manager for Hard Home, Product Development Manager for Juniors Apparel, and Assistant Buyer roles in Swimwear and Activewear.
