Felix Ferguson N Blankson is an experienced Application Support Engineer at AT Ghana since November 2022, responsible for managing application monitoring dashboards, providing operational support, and resolving issues through log analysis while ensuring adherence to service level agreements. Prior experience as an End User Support Engineer involved conducting technical research and managing documentation. Felix also worked as an Automotive Technician/Trainee at KOOMSON’S AUTOMOTIVE (HONDA) and briefly served as an RF Planning and Optimization Specialist at AirtelTigo Ghana. Felix holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technology and Security from Ghana Communication Technology University College and completed education at Mfanstipim School.
