Jeremy Browne

Research Development Software Engineer at Asymmetric Technologies

Jeremy Browne has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Student Manager at Ohio University's Culinary Services, a Supplemental Instruction Leader (SIL) at the Academic Achievement Center at Ohio University from 2017 to 2022, and a Research Assistant at the I.D.E.A.S. Lab from 2017 to 2022. In 2016, they also worked as an Edwards Accelerator at the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Ohio University. Since graduating in 2022, they have been working as a Research Development Software Engineer at Asymmetric Technologies, LLC. Jeremy's work includes conducting research on new collision avoidance solutions for unmanned aircraft in congested airspaces, and developing new advanced control features for their custom-built IronClad Flight Controller, a cybersecure flight control solution.

Jeremy Browne attended Ohio University from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jeremy then continued their studies at Ohio University from 2018 to 2021, graduating with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
