Adam Renner has had a long and varied career in engineering. Adam began their career in 2003 as a Display Systems Engineer with the USAF, Aeronautical Systems Center, F-16 Program. In 2009, they joined the Air Force Research Laboratory, Engineering Directorate, where they held the roles of Engineer and STEM Outreach, Wearable Sensors Engineer, and Plans and Programs Engineer (Customer Engagement). In 2016, Adam founded Idea Mind, a company specializing in wearable electronics, human-machine interfaces, low-power communication, and Internet of Things hardware/software. Adam currently works as an Engineer for Asymmetric Technologies, LLC, a position they have held since 2017.
Adam Renner obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biomedical Engineering from Wright State University, followed by a Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the same university. In May 2016, they also obtained a Usable Security certification from Coursera Course Certificates.
