Tyler Lyons currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Asym Capital, a position held since June 2021, where responsibilities include assisting passive investors in identifying favorable, risk-adjusted multifamily investment opportunities. Previously, Tyler held the role of Director of Investments at Herman Miller from January 2013 to June 2021, overseeing financial reporting and compliance tasks, including the preparation of SEC filings and development of accounting policies. Tyler began a career at Deloitte, working from September 2007 to January 2013, progressing from Audit Staff to Audit Manager. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Central Michigan University, earned between 2002 and 2007, and is also the host of the weekly “Topical Tuesdays” segment on the Cashflow Connections Real Estate Podcast, which has amassed over one million cumulative downloads.
