Peter Thompson is an experienced professional in quality engineering and testing, currently serving as the Head of Quality Engineering & Testing at ASX since June 2022. Peter has held various senior roles, including Senior Executive at Testhouse Ltd and Director at Thompson QA Consultancy PTY LTD, both since 2019. Additionally, Peter worked as Test Director at Services Australia via Infosys from January 2020 to June 2022, and as Senior Manager at Macquarie Group in 2019. Prior roles include Head of Enterprise Testing at Westpac, Head of Testing for Barclaycard and Western Europe at Barclays, Test Manager at Symbian, and Test Coach at BNZ. Education includes attendance at Netherhall School from 1977 to 1983 and Fawcett from 1970 to 1978.
