Michelle Milligan is an experienced professional in corporate governance and compliance, currently serving as the Manager of Listings Compliance at ASX since October 2021. Prior roles include Course Director and Lecturer in Corporate Governance at the Governance Institute of Australia, Deputy Company Secretary at Virgin Australia, and Senior Company Secretary at AMP. Michelle also held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at LOD - Lawyers On Demand and spent nearly two decades at Minter Ellison, advancing from Lawyer to Special Counsel while advising senior management and boards of major ASX listed companies. Michelle's academic credentials include a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, as well as Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Sydney.
