Tharani Kariyawasam is an experienced Business Analyst currently employed at Camms since September 2020, where the role involves guiding clients in utilizing the "Camms. Insights" tool for actionable business data insights. Prior to this, Tharani served as a Lead Business Analyst at Arimac from October 2016 to September 2020, focusing on eliciting and validating client requirements and transforming business needs into proper documentation. Additionally, Tharani held the position of Project Manager/Business Analyst, managing multiple software development projects within budget and timelines while collaborating with team members. Earlier experience includes an internship at Dialog Axiata PLC from July 2014 to June 2015, where responsibilities encompassed software development and event organization. Tharani holds a Master of Business Analytics from Robert Gordon University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Westminster.
