Carolyn Freeman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, technical support, and customer service. Currently serving as the Surveillance Manager for Mbovis at AsureQuality since August 2018, Carolyn previously held roles as a Technical Advisor at CRV Oceania from November 2014 to August 2018, where responsibilities included managing health and safety, quality systems, and providing technical support. Carolyn's earlier career includes positions as Conference Manager at Hillside Hotel, Regional Development Officer for Rural Women New Zealand, and roles in membership recruitment with Federated Farmers. Additional experience encompasses real estate sales, customer service at Tower Insurance, and serving as a Taxpayer Services Supervisor at Inland Revenue NZ. Carolyn has a Master’s degree in Community Psychology from The University of Waikato and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communication and Psychology from Open Polytechnic NZ.
