Heather Lima has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Heather is currently working as a Content Producer at ASUG - Americas' SAP Users' Group since May 2022.

Prior to that, Heather worked as a Production Specialist for Virtual Events at LabRoots from September 2020 to April 2022.

Heather also has experience in the wine industry, having worked as a Writer and Social Media Content and Marketing Manager for The Wine Muse from January 2016 to January 2021. In their role at DaVita, they were responsible for planning and executing meetings and events for a Fortune 500 company, managing all aspects from venue selection and budgeting to communication with attendees and coordination of logistics.

Heather Lima began their education in 1987 at Mira Costa. Heather attended this school until 1991, although no degree or field of study is specified. From 1991 to 1994, Heather studied at UC Irvine, earning a BA in Dramatic Arts. In 2005, they obtained a Certificate in Meeting and Event Planning from the Association of Bridal Consultants. In 2006 to 2007, they furthered their education at the International Sommelier Guild, acquiring a Certificate in Wine Steward/Sommelier.
