Terry Buckel is the Founder and CEO of Astute People Inc since August 2023 and has been the Founder and CEO of Astute Technical Recruitment Limited since August 2006, where Terry has led the company to become a leading recruiter in the Power, Energy, and Waste Management sectors both in the UK and internationally. Prior experience includes serving as Director at The Executives in Sports Group from June 2012 to August 2016, where Terry provided recruitment solutions to the sports industry, and as Recruitment Team Leader at Acknowledge Resourcing Ltd from 2003 to 2006, developing valuable management skills. Terry began a career in Technical Recruitment as a Consultant at Advanced Resource Managers Ltd from 2001 to 2003, specializing in Engineering and Energy, following a background as a Power Generation Engineer in the Royal Navy from 1993 to 2001, where Terry completed a HND in Marine Engineering.
