Trevor Light is an experienced Sales and Operations Manager at Astute Ltd since August 2013, previously serving as Operations Director and Sales Manager at Debt Line from August 2006 to July 2013. At Debt Line, Trevor Light focused on reducing customer attrition through improved processes, training, and performance management, while also driving new business sales by developing products, enhancing cross-selling opportunities, and forming B2B partnerships. Trevor Light played a crucial role in launching the Debt Line brand, building a sales team from the ground up, which included recruitment and performance management.
