Kenneth Scott, CMIT, CQM, has extensive experience in construction management and quality control, currently serving as a Superintendent and Quality Control Manager at Asturian Construction since September 2022 and as a Quality Control Manager at Southeast Cherokee Construction, Inc. since December 2017. Prior roles include IA/Sr. Lead Inspector at KCI Technologies, Inc. supporting the FHWA Eastern Federal Lands/VDOT I-564 Intermodal Project, and Small Business Development/Engineering Field Support at BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION GROUP LTD. for the VDOT Midtown Tunnel Mega Project. Kenneth also held positions as Construction Manager/Sr. IA Inspector at Alpha Corporation, overseeing the North King Street Corridor Improvements project, and as a Construction Inspector at A.Morton Thomas Engineering. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Technology from Norfolk State University and completed a junior semester in Civil Engineering at Old Dominion University.
