Matthias Pohl has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT industry. Matthias started their career as a Praktikant at Solus Software GmbH in 2005, where they gained experience in database programming, reporting, and web application development. Matthias continued their education and joined Schopf Computersysteme as a Praktikant in 2007, gaining practical experience in the field. In 2008, they worked as a Diplomand at Noxum GmbH, further developing their skills.

Matthias then joined BKR Software GmbH in 2010 as a Masterand, where they continued their studies while gaining professional experience. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at SDX AG as a Senior Developer and IT-Consultant, specializing in Microsoft software and business intelligence. Matthias then joined COPiTOS GmbH in 2018 as a Senior Developer and IT-Consultant, working with both Microsoft and Oracle software. In 2019, Matthias returned to SDX AG, where they worked until 2020 as a Senior Developer and IT-Consultant.

Most recently, Matthias Pohl joined ASTRUM IT GmbH in 2020 as a Senior Software Engineer. Matthias'sexperience includes working with various programming languages, database management, reporting, and developing both Windows and web applications.

Matthias Pohl completed their education with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Informationssysteme from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) from 2009 to 2011. Prior to this, they obtained a Diplom (FH) degree in Informatik from Fachhochschule Würzburg-Schweinfurt between 2004 and 2009. Matthias began their tertiary education in 2001 at the Julius-Maximilian Universität Würzburg, where they pursued a Diplom in Mathematik until 2004. Throughout their career, they have also obtained a number of certifications from institutions such as Microsoft and iSAQB, including MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, Web-Applications), MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, App Builder), and iSAQB Certified Professional for Software Architecture, Foundation Level, among others.
