Emma Killian currently serves as Associate Director of Data Strategy & Analytics at Astronomie, beginning in January 2024, following a tenure at Kepler where roles included Manager of Data Strategy & Analytics and Senior Analyst in Marketing Analytics. Emma commenced a career in data strategy and analytics with experiences at Philly Startup Sprint as an intern and held positions at 3M as a Frontline Business Analytics Intern, where the lead generation tool was audited and enhanced using Power BI and SQL. Educationally, Emma earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Analytics from Villanova University, where complementary roles included Operations Assistant in the Office of Advancement and an internship at the Delaware County Office of the Medical Examiner.
