Benoit Platiau currently serves as Bid Manager in the Engineering Department and Technical Advisor at ATA Renewables since November 2017, specializing in technical analysis of renewable energy projects such as PV power plants and wind farms. Prior experience includes a role as Sales Support Engineer at PHOTONIS, addressing technical queries for defense-related customers and managing interdepartmental coordination. Benoit also worked as a Technical Support Engineer at INTRALOX, delivering conveyance solutions and validating technical applications, where an innovative patented solution was developed. As Industrial Project Manager at Alten India Pvt Ltd, Benoit facilitated technology transfer between PHOTONIS and Bharat Electronics, overseeing project execution and reporting. Earlier experience includes a seasonal position as a Federal Sailing Instructor. Benoit holds a Master’s degree in Thermal & Energy Sciences from the Graduate School of Engineering of the University of Nantes and a Master 2 in Management & Business Administration from the Nantes Institute of Economics and Management.
