Miroslav Veljovic's work experience includes:
1. Antenna Engineer at Astrocast since March 2021.
2. Electrical Engineer - Scientific Assistant and Teaching Assistant at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from October 2015 to March 2021. In this role, they developed cost-efficient antenna concepts for CubeSats, designed multi-layer PCB antennas for satellite communication, and proposed methods of antenna miniaturization and integration with satellite structures.
3. Microwave Engineer at IMTEL Institute from March 2015 to September 2015.
4. Undergraduate Laboratory Assistant at the University of Belgrade, School of Electrical Engineering from February 2012 to April 2015.
5. Student Internship at Idvorsky Laboratories Ltd. in December 2014.
6. Electrical Engineer at WIPL-D from September 2013 to October 2013, where they performed modelling, simulation, and optimization using the WIPL-D Pro software for student projects and designed log-periodic antennas and passive microwave devices.
Miroslav Veljovic has a strong educational background in the field of electrical engineering and telecommunications. Miroslav obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical Engineering and Computing, with a focus on Telecommunications and Information Technologies, from the University of Belgrade, School of Electrical Engineering in the years 2010 to 2014. Following their undergraduate studies, Miroslav pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Microwave Engineering at the University of Belgrade, School of Electrical Engineering from 2014 to 2015. Finally, to further deepen their knowledge and expertise, they successfully completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Microwaves and Antennas at EPFL (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne) between 2015 and 2020.
