Yen Yeong Chin has extensive experience in sales and customer experience management, currently serving as Head of Omnichannel Sales and Head of Digital Customer Experience at Astro since August 2008. Previously, Yen Yeong Chin held the position of Senior AVP for Telemarketing and Omnichannel Sales at the same company. Prior to this role, Yen Yeong Chin was a Senior Manager for Project Management at Teledirect Telecommerce from April 2004 to July 2008, focusing on project implementation. In an earlier position as Team Manager at Mines Marketing Sdn Bhd, Yen Yeong Chin successfully expanded a telemarketing team from 2 to 25 agents within a year. Yen Yeong Chin earned a BA Hons in Social Science with a major in History from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) between 1987 and 1991.
