Pauline Tan currently serves as the Head of Marketing for Astro Go Shop, a position held since April 2020. Prior to this role, Pauline Tan was the General Manager at Cosway (M) Sdn Bhd from July 2011 to April 2020, where responsibilities included leading integrated marketing communication strategies and overseeing the marketing and development of seven product categories, significantly contributing to company sales. During this tenure, Pauline Tan achieved a remarkable 60% sales growth in the Household Category in March 2015. Pauline Tan also held the position of Deputy General Manager for Household & Beauty at Cosway Malaysia from July 2009 to June 2011. Pauline Tan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Management from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) between 1994 and 1998.
