Hari Prasath Arumugam is a Senior Lead Engineer in Product Operations and Support at Astro since July 2023, previously serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Synamedia from June 2022 to July 2023. In this role, Hari developed comprehensive test plans, automated test suites, and collaborated on automation initiatives within Agile environments. Prior to Synamedia, Hari worked at Astro in various positions from June 2017 to June 2022, delivering Level 3 Technical Support for OTT platforms and managing incident responses. Early career experience includes a Graduate Engineering Trainee position at T-Systems Malaysia and an internship at Tenaga Nasional Berhad. Hari holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communication Engineering from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, completed in 2017.
