Lauren Kilcoyne is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in program management and business development across multiple industries, particularly in cyber security and digital transformation. Currently, Lauren serves as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Navy Division at Astrion, overseeing contract execution and employee development since October 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren was the Vice President and General Manager at Empower AI, where leadership focused on innovating data delivery for critical missions. Lauren has held significant positions at Capgemini, Leidos, and Lockheed Martin, contributing to the success of numerous contracts and programs, particularly in cyber security. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Villanova University.
