Simon Atkins has extensive experience in data management and finance, currently serving as Data Director in the Global Data Office at AstraZeneca since April 2010, where previous roles include Business Data Architect and Global Information Design Lead. Prior to this, Simon supported SAP implementation as a Project Analyst at Premier for a brief period and worked at AstraZeneca PLC as a Business Analyst in International Sales & Marketing. Simon's earlier career includes finance management positions at Cable & Wireless and Barclays, as well as various roles in finance and accounting at companies such as First Choice PLC and Home Retail Group PLC. Simon holds a BA HONS in Accounting and Finance from the University of West London, completed in 1996.
