Marcelino Gopal is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in solution delivery, service management, and operational excellence across various sectors, currently serving as Solution Delivery & Service Director at AstraZeneca since January 2018. In this role, Marcelino oversees IT platforms and services across multiple business functions, emphasizing delivery improvement, stakeholder engagement, and the development of best practices. Prior to this, Marcelino held multiple leadership positions at Brady PLC, including Senior E2E Finance Capability Service Manager and Head of Global Client Services, where responsibilities encompassed global support management, client relations, and operational strategy. Marcelino holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University and Bachelor's Degrees in Financial Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Cape Town.
