Baisong Huang is a highly experienced professional in biostatistics, currently serving as the Statistical Science Director at AstraZeneca since April 2021, focusing on oncology biometrics. Prior roles include Associate Director of Biostatistics at AVROBIO, where responsibilities encompassed leading statistical efforts for clinical trials in gene therapy, and conducting biostatistical work at Roche and Novartis, where Baisong was pivotal in early development studies and statistical planning. Additionally, experience includes managerial and statistical positions at IQVIA and McKesson, as well as a research biostatistician role at The Hospital for Sick Children. Baisong holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Epidemiology from Harvard University and a Master of Science in Statistics from the University of Toronto.
