Kuan-Lin Lee is a Lead Engineer at Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. since September 2016, leading a team in the development of innovative thermal management technologies for space and territorial applications, including advancements in two-phase cooling systems and heat pipe solutions for lunar night survival. Previously, Kuan-Lin held various roles as an R&D Engineer at the same company, focusing on novel thermal/fluid management solutions, securing research funding, and managing research programs. Kuan-Lin's academic background includes a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University. Additionally, Kuan-Lin served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Case Western Reserve University, engaging in practical design challenges and thermal management research, which earned recognition through a NASA award.
