Asger Ravn Nissen currently serves as Specialkonsulent for Uddannelse, jobskabelse og socialt arbejde at Astralis since May 2023. Prior experience includes Head of Performance at Tricked Esport, focusing on sports psychology for professional gaming teams, and roles at DGI developing educational modules for CS:GO, as well as instructing aspiring coaches. Nissen has held positions at Brøndby IF as an esports mental trainer and talent developer, emphasizing performance under pressure and mental training strategies. Other roles span education and advisory positions in various esports organizations and clubs, combined with a strong academic background in sports sciences and psychology from institutions including Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Aalborg University.
