Shree Chowkwale is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and developing innovative software solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Astral since May 2023, Shree contributes expertise in leveraging content libraries to create AI-assisted tools. Prior to this role, Shree held various positions at Tellie from June 2018 to May 2023, including Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on building robust software infrastructure for interactive content experiences. Shree has also served as Managing Partner and Solutions Architect at ByteSmith LLC, Senior Software Engineer at AlphaDraft, and Software Development Engineer at Amazon, among other roles. Shree Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from UC San Diego and possesses a strong foundation in software development acquired through diverse professional experiences.
