Roger Yang is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in credit and lending products. Currently serving as Vice President of Lending Product at Astra Tech since August 2022 and Vice President of Credit Business at PayBy since November 2021, Roger has demonstrated a strong leadership capacity. Previously, Roger founded and led Y Finance Inc. as CEO from August 2017 to January 2022. At PPDai Financial Information Service Company, Roger held the position of Director of Risk Management, where responsibilities included developing risk management frameworks and business development initiatives. Prior to this, Roger worked at CTBC Bank Philippines as Assistant Vice President in the Retail Credit Risk Planning Department and engaged in risk planning at Chinatrust Bank (U.S.A.) and Chinatrust Commercial Bank. Roger holds a Master of Science in Statistics and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both from National Chengchi University.
