Alkaf Ghozali's work experience includes serving as a Business Director at Astra Life since April 2023. Previously, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Astra Ventura from May 2021 to April 2023. Before that, they held the position of Head Of Risk Management at Sedaya Multi Investama - Astra Financial from November 2018 to April 2021. alkaf also worked as the VP; Corporate Banking Group Head at PT. Bank Permata Tbk from January 2008 to November 2018. Additionally, they have experience as a Relationship Manager Corporate Banking at PT. Bank Ekspor Indonesia (Persero) from July 2007 to December 2007 and at PT. Bank Niaga Tbk from November 2004 to June 2007.

Alkaf Ghozali pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universitas Padjadjaran, completing their studies from 1999 to 2004. Alongside their academic achievements, they obtained several additional certifications throughout their career, including a Qualified Risk Governance Professional (QRGP) certification in Risk Management from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi and LSP MKS in 2021. Prior to this, Alkaf completed the Astra General Management Program from PT. Astra International Tbk in collaboration with the National University of Singapore in 2019. In 2017, they obtained the Certified Risk Management Level 3 certification from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi. Furthermore, Alkaf acquired a Credit Skills Assessment at the International Level from Omega Performance in 2015 and completed the PermataBank Middle Manager Acceleration Program offered by PermataBank in 2013. Lastly, they participated in the Executive Development Program - Program Pendidikan Eksekutif Batch 4 - 2004 conducted by PT. Bank Niaga Tbk.
