Ricky Chandra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales management and business operations within the technology sector. Currently serving as Chief of Astra Focus Business Operation and Sales Manager at PT Astra Graphia, Tbk & PT Astragraphia Information Technology since February 2016, Ricky Chandra is responsible for managing sales teams and delivering the Astragraphia portfolio across the Astra Group. Previously, as FXGS Sales Department Head from January 2013 to February 2016, Ricky Chandra oversaw a specialized sales team focused on Managed Print Services and Business Process Services. Ricky Chandra's career began at PT Astra Graphia, Tbk in April 2008 as a Fuji Xerox Global Services Business Consultant, where responsibilities included providing customer solutions, enhancing business processes, and expanding service portfolios. Ricky Chandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
