Ivan Botek is the Managing Director at ASTOTEC since February 2015. Prior to this, Ivan was the Operation Manager at the company, responsible for overseeing company operations, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Ivan also has experience as a Manufacturing & Logistics manager at Project Controls, s.r.o., and as a Production manager at Teknia Manufacturing Group. With a background in engineering from ČVUT Praha and Střední průmyslová škola Uherské Hradiště, Ivan has a wealth of experience in leading, organizing, and optimizing manufacturing processes, as well as managing employees and ensuring quality standards are met.
